Five bespoke loyalty experiences drove engagement and loyalty among members, ranging from luxe weekend getaways in Aruba to celebrating the Fiesta del Sol in Peru. In Mexico, members went behind the scenes with Mexican chef and TV personality Pati Jinich, enjoyed VIP access to the Heritage Culinary Festival, plus supported the Mexico National Soccer Team in Salt Lake City with an amazing experience that included flights, hotel, and VIP tickets.

Staying Game Ready With the Mexico National Soccer Team

We reached net-new audiences and celebrated the energy of Mexico’s passionate soccer fanbase through our Copa Oro Sweepstakes, an exclusive Marriott Bonvoy Moments™ experience, and targeted web placements — all aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving engagement. Recently, we launched the Summer Cup Sweepstakes featuring the beloved team mascot “KIN” and a new TV spot starring Mexican Soccer Legend Luis Hernández “El Matador.

We drove bookings with various campaigns, such as destination specific efforts, Marriott Bonvoy® Escapes, our seasonal Flash Sale app-exclusive offer, as well as the Brazil Anniversary Sale. Additionally, we achieved an outstanding number of app downloads, kept generating awareness for our all-inclusive portfolio, and showcased key resorts throughout the region.
